Job Responsibilities：
1.Apply basic knowledge and skills in inorganic glass synthesis to develop, fabricate and measure the properties of fiberable glass systems.
2.Strong hands-on ability to solve technical bottlenecks encountered in the R&D process independently or with minimal guidance.
3.Provide new glass for internal and external R&D projects through continuous technical innovation.
4.Do your job well while helping other colleagues to complete the work of the department and the company together.
Job Requirements：
1.Undergraduate degree or above with background in materials related field.
2.Inorganic materials synthesis related work experience is preferred.
3.Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.
4.Strong learning ability, willing to innovate and seek changes, good at putting forward their own unique ideas and views on work.
5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good at working in a team with multi-disciplinary background.
