HFB Photonics Undertakes National Key R&D Program to Promote the Application of Fiber Laser High Speed Melting in Green Surface Treatment


On October 25, the National Key Research and Development Program "manufacturing basic technology and key components" key special project "green surface treatment technology instead of electroplating chrome" project kick-off meeting was held in Beijing, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Industrial Development and Promotion Center leaders, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Leaders of the Industrial Development and Promotion Center of MIIT, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, project experts, consultants, project and subject members attended this meeting. The meeting marked that the project has entered the substantive implementation stage.

The project is led by Beijing Mining and Metallurgy Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. and the participating units include Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Jinan University, Shandong Energy Heavy Equipment Group Da Clan Remanufacturing Co.

The project will form two types of silicon carbide composite plating and ultra-high-speed laser cladding instead of electroplating chrome green surface treatment technology equipment, materials, processes, standards and verification methods and other technical group results, and complete the engineering demonstration application of typical components to achieve the interactive development of technological innovation system and industrial system, to help China's equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.
