The kick-off meeting of the "High Power Narrow Linewidth Fiber Laser" project was held at HFB Photonics

On Nov. 12, the kick-off meeting of the project "High Power Narrow Line Width Fiber Laser" was held in Shandong Haifu Photonics Technology Co. Academician Yao Jianquan of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Sun Fachun, deputy director of Weihai Torch Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, Xiong Jijun, the expert in charge of the project, the chairman and deputy general manager of Haifu Photonics, representatives of two groups and a committee of experts, members of the project team and more than 20 people attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Academician Yao Jianquan and Director Sun Fachun delivered speeches as representatives, expressing congratulations on the approval of the project while putting forward suggestions and hopes for the project implementation. The responsible experts explained the policy and technical management specifications of the major scientific instrument and equipment development special project. Liu Jianguo, the project leader, introduced the research objectives and contents, organization and management mode and fund management of the project, and further clarified the organization and management mechanism and unit interface relationship of the project on the basis of the project implementation plan. After visiting the company's R&D center and production workshop, experts put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the technical route and application and promotion of the project and its implementation.

As the lead unit of the project, HDF Photonics will take the responsibility in the management and guarantee the service, and fully support the project. The implementation of this project will improve the technology and industrialization level of high power narrow linewidth lasers in China, realize the localization of core components, and support the overall goal of the project.
